The Staff Accountant will be a key member of the Accounting Team, responsible for fixed assets, daily sales reconciling between Oracle and POS and submitting sales tax returns, and remitting sales tax to state and local tax collecting agencies. We are looking for an individual who can create efficiencies and work independently, with a background in the restaurant industry, and a strong understanding of accounting principles. Core Responsibilities As a key contributor to the monthly close process, you will: Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations with accuracy and attention to detail. Complete period-end tasks under the guidance of senior team members. Gain proficiency in key systems, including Oracle Fusion (ERP), Oracle EPM (Close Checklist, Balance Sheet Reconciliations), and Excel functions for analysis and account reconciliations. Develop Financial Expertise By six months, demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the Chart of Accounts and how accounts flow into financial statements. Independently complete most tasks, assisting the Accounting Managers with periodic and ad hoc projects as needed. Identify and Drive Process Improvements Leverage your foundational knowledge to enhance efficiency in existing processes. Propose and implement improvements in areas such as banking entries, sales tax, fixed assets, and balance sheet reconciliations. Become a Trusted Partner Establish yourself as a reliable resource for teammates and cross-functional partners. Marketing Manager, New Restaurant Openings - East

As Ops Services Specialist, you will be an integral part of the company’s rapid growth, responsible for supporting the new restaurant opening process on the ground. In this role, you'll work closely with the NRO Project Manager, Head Coach, Area leader, and Learning and Development Team to ensure all new restaurants are set up for success. The NRO Coordinator will guarantee visibility for the treehouse, accountability of cross-functional teams, and provide support for the restaurant teams. Robotics Support Engineer Here at sweetgreen’s Automation Team we’re at the forefront of restaurant automation. Our meal assembly automation - the Infinite Kitchen - operates daily at several of our sweetgreen locations across the country, but we are just getting started. As we expand our footprint of Infinite Kitchens, we are seeking a Robotics Support Engineer to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues and help empower our restaurant head coaches to ensure the smooth operation of our Infinite Kitchens across the country. This is an ideal role for someone with a breadth of experience and interest in robotics, mechanical systems and software.&nbsp; This is a full time role based in Boston with up to 25% travel to our restaurants. What You'll Do: Respond to support tickets, investigate issues and provide guidance to our store operators and maintenance technicians. Respond to the tech support phone line during regular working hours, in addition to answering calls off-hours. Debug incoming support tickets and determine the appropriate field response. Specify and document tests for technicians to run after maintenance tickets are complete. Guide restaurant operators or third party technicians remotely through repair tasks, debugging and testing Monitor Datadog dashboards, debug detected issues and create maintenance tickets where appropriate. Create documentation for common tech support responses and repair tasks Spend time in-restaurant learning to perform simple field repairs, enabling you to effectively train and guide others. Identify repeated issues, improve documentation for responding to these issues, and report them to design engineering as opportunities for improvement. As a Senior Financial Analyst on the Finance team, you’ll serve as a strategic thought partner to key stakeholders in Operations, Marketing, Culinary and Supply Chain.
