Key Responsibilities:
India Payroll Operations
<ul>
<li>Process end-to-end monthly payroll accurately and on time for India employees.</li>
<li>Review and validate payroll inputs including new hires, exits, salary revisions, promotions, bonuses, commissions, variable pay, leave adjustments, arrears, tax declarations, and employee benefit changes.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate computation of salary components, earnings, deductions, statutory contributions, and employee benefits.</li>

<li>Review payroll reports received from global payroll vendors for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with approved payroll inputs.</li>
<li>Track payroll calendars, submission deadlines, approvals, funding requirements, and payroll deliverables across multiple countries.</li>
<li>Assist with the administration and coordination of global payroll-related benefit programs, including retirement plans (e.g., 401(k)), pension schemes, health and welfare benefits, and other country-specific employee benefit programs.</li>
