Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

Eligibility Criteria

• The referring employee must be a current AppViewX employee at the time of the referral and when the bonus is paid.

Payment Terms

• Referral bonuses are paid out in the payroll following the successful completion of the new hire's 90-day probationary period.

How to Refer
