<li>Create finished labels and perform device intermediate and finished packaging</li>
<li>Assist in troubleshooting equipment</li>
<li>Keep work area clean, organized and operating according to company and ISO standards.</li>
<li>Write coating procedures and/or other work instructions</li>
<li>Create, review, and approve batch records to ensure accuracy and archive documentation upon completion</li>
<li>Ensure materials and solutions used in processing are recorded</li>
<li>Engage in continuous-improvement objectives and seek opportunities to support personal and company growth</li>
<li>Provide cross-functional support and perform additional duties as assigned or required to meet organizational goals and objectives</li>
<li>Provide instructions to the coating team (technicians I &amp; II) as needed during execution of coating production.</li>
<li>Identify novel coating techniques and demonstrate their feasibility for use in processing developmental coating runs.</li>
<li>Perform visual and tactile evaluations and inspections for coated devices</li>
</ul>
<h3 style="text-align: left;">Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma required</li>
<li>Experience in a technical discipline with minimum 4 years’ experience in a manufacturing, process development or production environment preferred&nbsp;</li>
<li>Critical Skills: mixing materials, reading, and understanding product specifications and SOP’s, operating various manufacturing machines, measuring &amp; inspecting products/materials and clearly documenting all activities. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to set up and perform all physical test methods for coated and uncoated devices.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize and efficiently complete tasks with consistency and accuracy, often under pressure and/or short deadlines</li>
<li>Detail oriented, highly organized, capable of completing high quality work</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with co-workers as well as work independently</li>
<li>Ability to interpret technical drawings</li>
<li>Computer literacy with Microsoft package, spreadsheet, and e-mail software</li>
<li>Strong oral and written communications skills</li>
<li>Ensures all interactions are consistent with company values and treats others with dignity and respect</li>
