We are looking for more team members who care passionately about doing a thing right and then seeing how to make it even better.&nbsp; This role can be based anywhere in the U.S. What you can expect as a GTM Enablement Manager at Visiting Media: We’re looking for a GTM Enablement Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you’ll play a central role in how our team operates - ensuring our go to market teams are confident, consistent and effective. This role goes beyond running training sessions. You’ll work closely with Sales, CX, Marketing and Revenue Operations to shape how our teams go to market and how they utilize our tech stack. The goal is simple - to help our sellers perform at their best, faster and more consistently. You’ll be trusted to own enablement end-to-end - from onboarding, tools, training and measurement - and act as a close partner to the Go To Market teams when rolling out new processes, tools and ways of working. You’ll also be expected to challenge how things are done when there’s a better way, balancing structure with pragmatism in a fast-moving sales environment.&nbsp; We anticipate some of your overall responsibilities to be:&nbsp; Own GTM enablement: Design and run onboarding and ongoing enablement programs tailored to our sales environment. Facilitate workshops that matter: Lead engaging sessions with GTM teams that are practical, relevant and actionable. Make enablement tech work for sellers: Optimize tools like Salesforce and Outreach so they reduce friction and reinforce good sales behavior - not add administrative burden. Partner on process and change rollout: Work closely with Revenue Operations and Sales Leadership to support the rollout of new sales processes, operating rhythms and tooling changes - ensuring they’re understood, adopted and reinforced in day-to-day selling. What previous experience will likely set you for success: Proven in enablement: You bring 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or Sales training within SaaS. Credible and clear: You can stand in front of senior sellers, earn trust quickly and turn strategy into practical execution. Data-minded: You care about outcomes, not activity, and know how to use data to show what’s working and what’s not. Strong operator: You can run initiatives end-to-end, balance priorities and keep momentum without needing constant direction. Tech savvy: Salesforce experience is essential, and you have expert level proficiency with tools like Outreach and Apollo. You’re always looking for ways to simplify and automate. Our best estimate of the compensation range for this opportunity is $125,000 - $135,000 annually depending on the experience you bring. Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement Manager

Our products are trusted by hotels and management companies worldwide to drive measurable revenue outcomes, and we're actively expanding our product suite, our team, and our reach.&nbsp; About the Sales Manager role: In this role you will own a portfolio of relationships within targeted hotel groups across Europe, driving new business and expansion across properties. You’ll be a trusted advisor to hospitality sales and marketing leaders, running the full cycle—prospecting, discovery calls, product demonstrations, trade-show engagement, and close. Hospitality industry experience and existing relationships within the hospitality industry are central to success in this role. This is a remote role that must be based in Spain. What you’ll do at Visiting Media: Own a named-account territory of brand properties across Europe, with a particular focus on building and deepening relationships at and around key hubs Generate qualified pipeline through outbound calling, email, social, in-person visits, and trade-show presence Run discovery conversations, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and tailor value propositions to each property’s commercial goals Manage opportunities end-to-end in Salesforce: accurate pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and activity tracking Collaborate closely with the broader sales team, marketing, and customer success to ensure smooth handoffs and account growth Partner with leadership on territory strategy, pricing, and named-account planning Hit and exceed quarterly revenue targets Represent the company at hospitality trade shows and industry events as needed What experience sets you up for success: Existing relationships within large hospitality properties (regional, cluster, or property-level commercial stakeholders) are required Hospitality industry sales experience—ideally selling into hotel groups or hotel chains; SaaS/software sales experience is a plus but not a substitute for hospitality background Demonstrated track record of carrying and hitting a quota in a regional or named-account role Comfort owning the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, demoing, negotiating, and closing Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred) to manage pipeline and forecast accurately Willingness to travel for property visits, trade shows, and industry events Fluency in English and Spanish; French is a strong plus Based in Spain with the right to work in Spain What we offer: Competitive base salary plus a quarterly bonus tied to performance Full benefits package in line with Spanish employment standards, including paid leave and standard statutory benefits A path to learn and grow with a fast-moving company that is actively expanding its European footprint A note on qualifications: We know a diverse and inclusive team makes our workplace better.
