Our purpose is to unlock potential for our communities mentioned above. Our vision is a world where it’s easy to do the right thing throughout those communities. If you’re ready to uplift others, challenge your ego, commit to the truth, and be better than yesterday – keep reading.

Seer is a remote first agency and Certified B-Corp with team members working across the country. If an office environment is more your style, this position can also sit in our HQ office, Philadelphia. We can only consider candidates based in the US who are able to work continental US based hours.

The Role: You're not coming into this role already knowing how to do it, you're coming in ready to figure it out. This is a hands-on, high-trust seat supporting Wil Reynolds, our Founder and CEO, and it starts with the fundamentals: his calendar, his inbox, his travel, the small stuff that keeps a busy person's day from falling apart. But it doesn't stay there. This role is built for someone who treats every task, big or small, as a chance to earn more trust and more responsibility, and who's hungry enough to keep pushing for that growth rather than waiting for it to be handed over.

This is a contract-to-hire position: your first 90 days are a real, mutual trial, for you to learn fast and prove what you're capable of, and for us to see where you land.

This role isn't that. You're a digital marketing practitioner who has spent years building strategies, presenting to executives, and making the case for how channels work together to drive business outcomes. You've been selling your expertise all along but you just never called it sales. At Seer, you'll take that instinct and apply it to one of the most intellectually honest growth practices in the industry: building (inbound) relationships with major brands, figuring out which ones we can actually help, and building the strategy to prove it.

Communicating them in a way that gets clients excited, on-board, and eager to work together. You take your client's success personally. Senior Paid Search Account Manager

Senior Paid Media Account Manager

The Role: You, the Analytics Manager of our dreams, are the connective tissue between business strategy, customer behavior, experimentation, and measurement. You understand that modern analytics goes far beyond implementation. It requires helping clients navigate increasingly fragmented, AI-influenced customer journeys while building measurement strategies that drive confident decision-making.

This is an Account Manager role at Seer. You are a client-facing practitioner who owns relationships, drives strategy, and delivers results. You are equally comfortable discussing data layers and tag governance as you are facilitating conversations around KPIs, GEO test design, incrementality, and business outcomes.

The work splits roughly 60% traditional analytics and 40% GEO. On the analytics side you will architect measurement solutions, audit and QA implementations, and build frameworks that tie data to business outcomes. On the GEO side you will help clients measure visibility and performance across AI-powered search experiences, design and evaluate Test & Learn programs, and translate emerging signals into strategy. GEO measurement is a young discipline and we are building this capability together. What matters is your curiosity and analytical instincts, not existing GEO credentials.

Across both, you are AI-native. You use AI daily as a working partner, and you build systems, not just deliverables.

Analytics Manager

The Role: You're a natural-born consultant who loves solving problems at scale, rooted in data. You know Paid Social inside and out, from Meta and LinkedIn to TikTok, Pinterest, and whatever channel comes next, and you use that expertise to build full-funnel strategies that get clients excited to invest. You take your client's success personally, protecting their budget like it's your own. You're quick to spot what's next in Paid Social and eager to bring fresh, data-backed ideas to the table.

You test before you have an opinion. When a platform ships a new feature, an algorithm shifts, or someone on the team says "this doesn't work anymore," your instinct isn't to nod along, it's to run it on Seer first and see what actually happens. You back your point of view with receipts, not vibes: links, screenshots, and firsthand results over secondhand sentiment. You're not satisfied with Seer being seen as solid at Paid Social. You want us known, publicly, as one of the best, and you're ready to set the direction that gets us there, not just execute someone else's. You've built and grown a team before, and you know that scaling a group of Paid Social SMEs takes the same rigor you'd apply to a new ad format or bidding strategy.

This role sits closest to Seer’s Founder and CEO, and is built for someone who treats his time, his relationships, and his reach as things worth protecting and growing. Some days that means negotiating a speaker fee and locking down travel logistics. Other days it means sitting in on a sales call, catching what mattered, and turning it into a next step. You're equally comfortable with filling out event paperwork and making a warm introduction to a CMO. This role is for someone who wants to build their own systems rather than follow someone else's, who gets energized by ambiguity, and who is already becoming the kind of AI-native operator who doesn't just maintain what's been built, but builds the next thing themselves. This role will support the hours the CEO is working, which may mean support outside of typical 9-5, must be based in Philadelphia and willing to work in our Fishtown office as needed.
