Democratizing finance for all.

Robinhood was founded on a simple idea—that our financial markets should be accessible to all. In an industry where barriers have prevailed for too long, this hasn’t always been easy. We’re leveling the playing field by making trading more intuitive, more affordable, and more inclusive to ensure that everyone, regardless of wealth or industry knowledge, feels empowered to participate in the financial system.

Join us in building the future of finance.

Our mission is to democratize finance for all. An estimated $124 trillion of assets will be inherited by younger generations in the next two decades. The largest transfer of wealth in human history. If you’re ready to be at the epicenter of this historic cultural and financial shift, keep reading.

About the team + role

Robinhood Gold is our premium membership and one of the most important businesses at Robinhood. For one monthly fee, Gold members unlock a bundle of benefits, including boosted APY on uninvested cash, an IRA match, lower margin rates, professional research, access to the Robinhood Gold Card, and more. The Gold Growth team is responsible for growing that membership: how customers discover Gold, why they start a trial, what convinces them to become paying members, and what keeps them subscribed. Because Gold touches nearly every product at Robinhood, we reach customers across the entire app, and our work directly drives subscription revenue and how much of their financial lives customers choose to bring to Robinhood.

As Senior Product Manager, Gold Growth, you will own key levers of the Gold growth funnel and be accountable for business outcomes, not just feature metrics. You will decide where to invest across acquisition, trial-to-paid conversion, engagement, and retention, make clear trade-offs between growth, member value, and unit economics, and partner closely with data science to run high-velocity experiments, and read results with rigor. You will work hand in hand with design to craft simple, compelling consumer experiences, and you will operate with a high degree of autonomy: taking ambiguous problems, forming a point of view, and driving them to launch with little day-to-day guidance.

This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. At Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams.

What you'll do

Own the strategy and roadmap for Gold growth across the full member lifecycle, from discovery and trial to paid conversion, activation of benefits, and long-term retention.

Drive business impact end to end, including new member growth, trial-to-paid conversion, churn reduction, and member lifetime value. Tie every product bet to the outcomes that matter for the business, not just the next metric on a dashboard.

Build and run a high-velocity experimentation program with data science: generate hypotheses, size opportunities, design A/B tests, and turn results into decisions you scale or kill quickly.

Make hard trade-off decisions across growth, member experience, and economics (for example, offers and pricing versus long-term profitability), back them with clear reasoning and data, and bring stakeholders along with you.

Work hand in hand with design and engineering to build intuitive, persuasive consumer experiences, sweating the details of the entry points, paywalls, onboarding flows, copy, and UI that shape how millions of customers experience Gold.

Operate as the owner of your area: find the highest-leverage growth opportunities, write the plan, rally partners across engineering, design, marketing, finance, legal, and compliance, and ship with minimal oversight.

What you bring

You have 4+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years building consumer-facing products where you owned the end-to-end UI/UX alongside design partners.

You have a track record of driving measurable business outcomes in a growth context (acquisition, paid conversion, retention, revenue, or unit economics) and can clearly explain how your product decisions moved them.

You have strong product judgment and are comfortable making trade-offs under ambiguity. You form opinionated recommendations, defend them with data, and change course when the evidence says so.

You are analytically fluent and have partnered closely with data scientists on experimentation, funnel analysis, opportunity sizing, and impact measurement. Comfort digging into the data yourself is a plus.

You hold a high bar for consumer craft. You care about the details of a great experience and can articulate why one design converts better than another.

You are a self-starter who executes independently, creates clarity for others, and needs little guidance to take a problem from idea to shipped product.

What we offer

Challenging, high-impact work to grow your career

Performance driven compensation with multipliers for outsized impact, bonus programs, equity ownership, and 401(k) matching

Access to the best AI tools on the market and continuous AI skill-building for every employee, technical or not

Lifestyle wallet - a highly flexible benefits spending account for wellness, learning, and more

Employer-paid life & disability insurance, fertility benefits, and mental health benefits

The largest transfer of wealth in human history. If you’re ready to be at the epicenter of this historic cultural and financial shift, keep reading.

About the team + role

We are building an elite team, applying frontier technologies to the world's biggest financial problems. We're looking for bold thinkers. Sharp problem-solvers. Builders who are wired to make an impact. Robinhood isn't a place for complacency, it's where ambitious people do the best work of their careers. We're a high-performing, fast-moving team with ethics at the center of everything we do. Expectations are high, and so are the rewards.

The Prediction Markets team at Robinhood is building the backend infrastructure that powers event contracts — giving everyday people access to markets that were once reserved for institutions. We're the fastest-growing product line at Robinhood, having recently surpassed stock and crypto trading revenues, and we're scaling fast! Our team thrives at the intersection of financial markets, real-time systems, and high-stakes product moments like NFL, NBA, and election cycles. We value engineering excellence, ownership at every level, and building with both speed and craft!

We're looking for a Staff Backend Engineer to join us at a pivotal moment — as we transition from a scrappy 0→1 team into a scaled, excellence-driven engineering org. In this role, you'll own the technical roadmap for critical backend systems, identify gaps, and drive architectural improvements that can support exponential growth. You'll collaborate closely with product, engineering leadership, and your cross-functional partners to ensure our infrastructure is ready for what's next.

This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA and New York, NY office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

At Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams.

What you'll do

Own the technical roadmap for core Prediction Markets backend systems — identifying gaps, setting priorities, and driving execution across the team

Design and build highly scalable, low-latency backend services that support real-time trading and event resolution at scale

Lead engineering excellence initiatives: code quality, reliability, observability, and system resilience across the stack

Partner with product, platform, and other engineering teams to align technical direction with business goals

Mentor and level up engineers across the team, setting the technical bar and fostering a culture of ownership

Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and shaping the engineering culture as the team scales

What you bring

10+ years of backend engineering experience, with a strong track record at IC6 / Staff Engineer scope or equivalent

Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, distributed systems — designing for high availability, performance, and reliability

Experience with or genuine interest in prediction markets, sports betting, fantasy sports, trading platforms, or financial exchange systems

Strong technical leadership skills — you've driven engineering excellence roadmaps and influenced cross-functional outcomes without formal authority

Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable engaging with product, leadership, and engineering stakeholders

B2C product experience and an understanding of what it means to build for millions of end users

What we offer

Challenging, high-impact work to grow your career

Performance driven compensation with multipliers for outsized impact, bonus programs, equity ownership, and 401(k) matching

Top Tier benefits to fuel your work, including 100% paid health insurance for employees with 90% coverage for dependents

Access to the Robinhood Employee Fund that gives eligible US employees the opportunity to invest in a private employee fund that provides exposure to Robinhood Ventures funds.

Access to the best AI tools on the market and continuous AI skill-building for every employee, technical or not.

Lifestyle wallet - a highly flexible benefits spending account for wellness, learning, and more

Employer-paid life & disability insurance, fertility benefits, and mental health benefits

Senior Software Engineer, AI Security

Join us in building the future of finance.

Our mission is to democratize finance for all. An estimated $124 trillion of assets will be inherited by younger generations in the next two decades. The largest transfer of wealth in human history. If you’re ready to be at the epicenter of this historic cultural and financial shift, keep reading.

About the team + role

We are building an elite team, applying frontier technologies to the world's biggest financial problems. We're looking for bold thinkers. Sharp problem-solvers. Builders who are wired to make an impact. Robinhood isn't a place for complacency, it's where ambitious people do the best work of their careers. We're a high-performing, fast-moving team with ethics at the center of everything we do. Expectations are high, and so are the rewards.

The Developer Infrastructure org is the engine behind Robinhood's entire engineering organization — a collection of tightly integrated teams whose collective mission is to make every engineer at Robinhood faster, more reliable, and exponentially more productive. The org spans four major teams: DevX (Developer Experience), TestX (Test Infrastructure), Backend Platform, and Mobile Platform. DevX owns Robinhood's monorepo and Bazel-based build infrastructure — the critical layer between a developer writing code and that code being ready to ship — along with the company's full CI/CD pipeline and remote build execution cluster. TestX owns the infrastructure behind Robinhood's entire test experience: the integration test environments, and personal development environments that serve as miniature simulations of the full Robinhood system, giving engineers a safe, isolated space to test their code end-to-end before it ever touches production. Backend Platform and Mobile Platform own the core language runtimes, libraries, IDEs, and developer toolchains across Python, Go, TypeScript, Swift, and Android. Together, these teams share a single north star: leveraging AI and agentic systems to fundamentally transform Robinhood's software development lifecycle — making every engineer dramatically more productive and the entire org a force multiplier for the business.

As the Senior Staff Software Engineer, Developer Infrastructure, you are the technical driver of this entire org — the Uber Tech Lead unifying DevX, TestX, Backend Platform, and Mobile Platform under one cohesive technical vision. Your primary focus will be DevX, owning the technical direction of Robinhood's most critical build and developer infrastructure. But your influence stretches far wider: you will be a driving force in weaving AI and agentic development deeply into every layer of the software development lifecycle — from intelligent code review and automated build pipelines to agentic coding systems that multiply what each engineer can ship. This is a rare opportunity to shape not just how Robinhood builds software today, but what engineering velocity looks like for the entire industry!

This role is based in our New York City or Menlo Park office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

At Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams.

What you’ll do

Own the technical direction and roadmap for the Developer Infrastructure org — serving as the Uber Tech Lead across DevX, TestX, Backend Platform, and Mobile Platform, unifying four engineering teams under a shared technical vision

Lead and evolve Robinhood's Bazel-based monorepo build infrastructure — own the remote build execution cluster, drive language-agnostic build optimization across Python, Go, TypeScript, and more, and ensure fast, stable feedback loops for the entire engineering org

Scale CI/CD pipelines to support thousands of daily builds with speed, safety, and reliability — overseeing GitHub repository configurations, pre-merge checks, and test execution infrastructure across the company

Drive the vision for TestX — the test infrastructure and environments that power Robinhood's entire test experience, including integration test environments and personal development environments that simulate the full Robinhood system so engineers can test safely and confidently

Champion the integration of AI and agentic systems across the full software development lifecycle — driving initiatives that use intelligent automation and coding agents to multiply developer velocity, improve code quality, and accelerate the pace of innovation across the org

Set technical standards across Backend Platform and Mobile Platform — owning the vision for core language runtimes, libraries, IDE tooling, and developer environment security across Python, Go, TypeScript, Swift, and Android

Partner with engineering leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define and execute a long-term developer infrastructure roadmap that embeds AI as a force multiplier at every layer of the SDLC

What you bring

10+ years of software engineering experience with a demonstrated track record at the Senior Staff, Principal, or Distinguished Engineer level — you've set technical direction at the org or company level, not just the team level

Deep expertise with Bazel and large-scale monorepo build systems — you've owned remote build execution infrastructure at scale and understand the architectural tradeoffs deeply

Experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines at massive scale — across thousands of daily builds, multiple programming languages, and complex pre-merge pipeline logic

Fluency in Go and/or Python; broad familiarity with TypeScript, Swift, or Android development environments is a strong signal

Strong background with distributed systems, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) — you understand the full stack of developer tooling from IDE to deployment

Experience with test infrastructure, integration test environments, or developer environment platforms — you understand what a great test experience looks like at scale

Genuine interest in or hands-on experience with agentic AI systems, automated code review, or AI-driven developer velocity programs — you have a clear point of view on how AI will reshape the software development lifecycle and want to be the one building it

Exceptional technical leadership, communication, and influence skills — you've unified cross-functional engineering teams around a shared vision and driven ambiguous, org-spanning initiatives to completion

Track record of mentoring senior engineers and elevating the technical bar across large, diverse engineering organizations

The largest transfer of wealth in human history. If you're ready to be at the epicenter of this historic cultural and financial shift, keep reading.

About the team + role

We are building an elite team, applying frontier technologies to the world's biggest financial problems. We're looking for bold thinkers, sharp problem-solvers and builders who are wired to make an impact. Robinhood isn't a place for complacency, it's where ambitious people do the best work of their careers. Private markets have been closed to everyday investors for decades. The Capital Markets team is opening them. As the Product Manager for this team you will own the products that give retail investors access to companies before they reach the public markets including:

IPO Access, which distributes pre-IPO share allocations to our customers

Robinhood Ventures, our family of publicly traded funds holding direct positions in the world’s best private companies

New products you will define to give investors direct access to individual private companies and alternative investments.

As a Senior Product Manager on Capital Markets, you will own these product lines end to end and help shape where all three go next. You’ll own the strategy and products that help everyday investors access IPOs, Private Companies, Alternatives and more. You'll work with our top tier engineers, designers, researchers, data scientists, and investing team to ship industry-changing products that revolutionize access to private markets. Today private markets are the largest category of assets ordinary investors cannot touch. This is a chance to change that.

This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. At Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams.

What you'll do

Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for one of the Capital Markets product lines - IPO Access, Robinhood Ventures, or single-asset private offerings - and contribute to the strategy across all three

Lead 0-1 launches, including the in-app experience for investing in a single private asset and the discovery surfaces that make private markets navigable for a first-time investor

Translate ambiguous regulatory, operational, and partner requirements into clear, dependable customer experiences, working shoulder to shoulder with legal, compliance, and operations

Build and manage relationships with external partners - issuers, underwriters, fund administrators, and infrastructure vendors - so that a shared product actually ships

Set the quality bar for a product line where a confusing flow costs customers real money and real trust

Use research, experimentation, and product analytics to decide what to build, and to prove what worked

Communicate strategy, tradeoffs, and the reasoning behind them to senior leadership

What you bring

5+ years of product management experience building and shipping high-quality consumer or consumer fintech products

A track record of shipping 0-1 products at scale, beyond prototypes and pilots

Comfort with financial products that carry genuine complexity - you can become an expert in a new instrument, offering structure, or regulatory regime quickly.

Experience working with legal, compliance, operations, or other regulated-product stakeholders, and the judgment to know when to push and when to redesign

Experience working with 3rd-party partners on large-scale projects to deliver a shared product

Strong product judgment and the ability to turn an ambiguous opportunity into a clear strategy, roadmap, and execution plan

Ability to operate in unclear, 0-1 situations while sustaining a high quality bar under real time pressure

Demonstrated history of using research, experimentation, and analytics to guide decision making

Clear communication and relationship management skills, with experience influencing across highly cross-functional teams and with external partners

Passion for Robinhood's mission to democratize finance for all, and excitement about opening an asset class that has been closed to most investors

Experience and proficiency building through the latest AI tools such as Claude Code, Gemini, Cursor, or ChatGPT

Nice to have - familiarity with private markets or alternatives - closed-end funds, BDCs, interval funds, SPVs, Reg D offerings, or the IPO / ECM process.
