We spend our days working to eliminate the stigma around being a man and wanting to take care of yourself. In turn, we hope that you will come to us in your most vulnerable moments. Here, you will find answers to your questions, from Club Pros who know what it takes to make you look, feel, and smell your best. You got a problem? We’ve got a solution.
Welcome to the Club.

ABOUT DSC:
In 2011, Dollar Shave Club didn’t just shake up the shaving aisle—we reinvented it. A viral video put us on the map, and our direct-to-consumer model challenged an entire industry by making great razors accessible, affordable, and actually fun to buy.
Since then, we’ve grown far beyond blades. From grooming to personal care, we’ve built a lineup of quality essentials designed to make life easier (and smoother), whether you find us online or in stores near you.
Today we’re building something bigger: a multi-brand personal care platform serving distinct shoppers across the full price ladder — with a modernized supply chain, deep retail relationships, and an AI-native way of working behind it.
DSC is expanding into new categories, new consumers, and new markets, but our DNA hasn’t changed. We’re still here to cut the BS, deliver real value, and bring a little humor to the everyday routine.

Lead Demand Planner

ABOUT DSC:
In 2011, Dollar Shave Club didn’t just shake up the shaving aisle—we reinvented it. A viral video put us on the map, and our direct-to-consumer model challenged an entire industry by making great razors accessible, affordable, and actually fun to buy.&nbsp;
Since then, we’ve grown far beyond blades. From grooming to personal care, we’ve built a lineup of quality essentials designed to make life easier (and smoother), whether you find us online or in stores near you.
Today, DSC is expanding into new categories and new markets, but our DNA hasn’t changed. We’re still here to cut the BS, deliver real value, and bring a little humor to the everyday routine.
So what are you waiting for? Join the Club.
&nbsp;
THE CREATIVE MANDATE:
We now run two brands that serve two genuinely different people. DSC talks to the value-seeking, performance-first shopper — blunt, funny, no bougie, stop paying for the extra. Truly talks to the experiential, community-led beauty consumer — gourmand, bold, joyful, creator-fed. Both are loved for being unmistakably themselves.
The consumer should never see the seam. Two brands, two voices, no rebranding and no dilution of either identity. Behind the curtain, though, there is enormous leverage to find: shared design capability, shared packaging discipline, shared ways of working, and a shared standard for what good looks like.
Holding both of those truths at once — rigorous separation on the front end, deliberate synergy on the back end — is the job.
&nbsp;
ROLE SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Sr. Portfolio Director, Creative &amp; Design to lead all brand creative across the DSC portfolio. You will own how both brands show up to consumers: the concepts, the voice, the design language, the packaging, and the standard.
You will lead two creative teams and the brand voice function — the DSC creative team, the Truly creative team, and our Brand Voice owner — with Creative Directors and Associate Creative Directors reporting to you. You will report directly to the Chief Brand &amp; Innovation Officer.
This is a lead-through-others role that has not stopped being a maker’s role. You will still be in the room concepting. But your primary output is direction, judgment, and standard — and your primary discipline is restraint. These teams are fast, scrappy, and produce the overwhelming majority of their content in-house without an agency. That is an asset, not a problem to be solved with process. The best version of this hire raises the ceiling on the work without slowing it down or making it look like it came from the same place.
 RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Set and drive strategic creative direction across both brands — the ideas, the standard, and the through-line from brand strategy to executed work</li>
<li>Lead, coach, and grow the creative organization: Creative Directors, Associate Creative Directors, designers, copy, and social content — across both brands and the Brand Voice function</li>
<li>Protect each brand’s distinctiveness. Ensure DSC and Truly remain unmistakably separate to the consumer in voice, design language, and casting, with no drift toward a house style</li>
<li>Own brand voice consistency for both brands across every channel — paid, owned, earned, retail, packaging, and site — in partnership with the Brand Voice owner</li>
<li>Lean into concept and ideation personally on the moments that matter most: platform work, launches, and tentpole campaigns</li>
<li>Keep a pulse on culture/competitive trends in both personal care and grooming for DSC and Beauty for Truly to continue to be on the cutting edge of fashion, social, digital and marketing trends</li>
<li>Partner with CBIO on packaging portfolio strategy and design across both portfolios — architecture, hierarchy, shelf impact, and the finish and quality the consumer is paying for</li>
<li>Define how products come to life across every portfolio and channel, from PDP through retail shelf, and build the creative toolkits that let channels execute without re-briefing</li>
<li>Identify and capture synergy behind the scenes — shared capability, tooling, production, design systems, and standards — without letting it surface as sameness in the work</li>
<li>Partner with Brand Management on briefs, ensuring creative is engaged early enough to shape strategy rather than decorate it</li>
<li>Partner with Channel, Retail, and Amazon leads so creative is built for where it actually runs</li>
<li>Set the bar for creative quality and hold it, including the hard conversations, while leaving teams the autonomy to get there their own way</li>
<li>Build the operating rhythm for creative review — fast, clear, decisive, and light enough that it does not become a bottleneck</li>
<li>Champion our AI-native creative stack, expanding what the team can produce and test while keeping the ideas and the humor human-led</li>
<li>Manage creative resourcing, prioritization, and contractor and partner relationships against portfolio priorities</li>
<li>Represent creative to the executive team and the Board, and make the case for the work</li>
</ul>
REQUIREMENTS:
<ul>
<li>10+ years of creative experience, including 3+ years leading creative leaders — Creative Directors or Associate Creative Directors reporting to you</li>
<li>A portfolio that shows range across brands and voices, not one signature style applied repeatedly</li>
<li>Experience leading creative for more than one brand or distinct audience simultaneously</li>
<li>Deep concepting credibility — you still generate ideas, not only judge them</li>
<li>Demonstrated ownership of brand voice and design systems across channels</li>
<li>Hands-on packaging and structural design experience, including portfolio architecture and retail shelf considerations</li>
<li>Experience across both brand and performance creative, and comfort with the volume and velocity social-first channels demand</li>
<li>Background in beauty, personal care, grooming, or comparable consumer categories strongly preferred; experience across both male- and female-skewed brands is a significant plus</li>
<li>Agency and in-house experience is ideal; you understand the tradeoffs of each</li>
<li>Fluency with AI-enabled creative tools and a point of view on where they help and where they flatten the work</li>
<li>Proven ability to raise quality inside a scrappy, high-velocity team without adding weight — track record of protecting a team’s culture, not standardizing it</li>
<li>Excellent communicator and persuasive presenter, able to sell the work to executives, retailers, and skeptics</li>
<li>Comfortable with ambiguity, integration work, and a portfolio that is still taking shape</li>
</ul>
POSITION TYPE: This is a full-time exempt position. WORK ENVIRONMENT: This position is in-office, working out of our HQ in Durham, North Carolina 3x a week.
SALARY: $210,000 - $235,000 + Bonus

Senior Director, Portfolio Creative & Design

ABOUT DSC:
In 2011, Dollar Shave Club didn’t just shake up the shaving aisle—we reinvented it. A viral video put us on the map, and our direct-to-consumer model challenged an entire industry by making great razors accessible, affordable, and actually fun to buy.&nbsp;
ABOUT TRULY:
Truly is a digitally native, mass-premium beauty brand built on gourmand scents, bold design, and a genuinely devoted community. It reaches a shopper DSC could never reach under its own badge: she buys for the experience — scent, ritual, discovery — and she pays more for it.
Truly grew up on TikTok Shop and Amazon with 100K+ active affiliates and an in-house creative team producing the overwhelming majority of its content without an agency. Its retail footprint spans Ulta, Walmart, TJX, CVS, and Boots UK. Its innovation model moves brief-to-shelf in a fraction of a legacy timeline, and kills anything that doesn’t hit.
Truly keeps its name, its voice, its community, and its creators. DSC brings marketing expertise, scale, supply chain, subscription and retention operations, and category expertise behind it. The operating principle for this role: run the synergies on the back end, and protect what she pays for on the front end — the packaging, the names, and the community that are the product.
ROLE SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Brand Manager to own the Truly portfolio. This is a growth-focused, entrepreneurial role at the center of the most consequential expansion in DSC’s history. You will be the consumer voice for Truly: responsible for stewarding brand positioning, building the innovation pipeline, and driving product and marketing strategy across TikTok Shop, Amazon, DTC, and Retail.
You’ll partner closely with Truly’s in-house creative team, Product Development, Finance, Insights, and Channel leads, and will report to the Chief Brand &amp; Innovation Officer.
This is a steward-and-scale role, not a rebuild. Truly already works. Your job is to make it bigger without making it generic — sharpening the RTB framework, building the innovation roadmap, and bringing rigor to a brand that has grown on instinct and speed. Your judgment about what to standardize and what to leave alone will define whether this brand compounds or flattens.
 RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Serve as the consumer voice for Truly — the experiential, community-led shopper — across all internal and cross-functional conversations</li>
<li>Protect and evolve Truly’s brand identity: voice, scent and product naming language, packaging codes, and community rituals</li>
<li>Establish and maintain the consumer target, RTBs, and brand positioning as Truly evolves from playful novelty body care toward credible, results-driven body skincare</li>
<li>Own brand messaging — from planned campaigns to earned media to growth strategy</li>
<li>Build and maintain the Strategic Growth Plan for the Truly portfolio</li>
<li>Partner with Channel and affiliate leads to keep the creator and affiliate engine growing — briefing the community rather than managing it into blandness</li>
<li>Monitor Ratings &amp; Reviews, search interest, share of voice, and the competitive set to surface insights and inform strategy</li>
<li>Track Household Penetration and brand awareness, and develop audience growth plans in partnership with the creative teams.</li>
<li>Keep a pulse on culture/competitive trends in Beauty for Truly to continue to be on the cutting edge of fashion, social, digital and marketing trends</li>
<li>Lead innovation end-to-end — from identifying consumer tensions through commercial launch — at Truly’s cadence, measured in weeks rather than seasons</li>

Brand Manager, Truly Beauty

ABOUT DSC:
In 2011, Dollar Shave Club didn’t just shake up the shaving aisle—we reinvented it. A viral video put us on the map, and our direct-to-consumer model challenged an entire industry by making great razors accessible, affordable, and actually fun to buy.&nbsp;
