RESPONSIBILITIES: Partner Up: Work with Paid Media leadership to develop and implement cross-channel strategies that meet or beat our goals Take the Wheel: Act as the main point of contact between our internal teams and external partners. Own the end-to-end execution of our paid media campaigns making sure teams are aligned, every detail is dialed in and on track Watch the Numbers: Dive deep into campaign performance, spotting trends and figuring out what’s working (and what’s not) Test and Learn: Lead A/B and multivariate testing to optimize our campaigns and squeeze every last drop of ROI out of our budgets Stay Organized: Take ownership of creating and maintaining organized documentation of campaign assets, test results, and strategy plans Stay Curious: Continuously research and share the latest industry trends and emerging platforms REQUIREMENTS: Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience with end-to-end campaign management, preferably for a DTC or subscription e-commerce brand Big Budgets, No Problem:&nbsp;You've supported paid media annual budgets of $5M or more Platform Pro: You have a deep understanding of Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube Ads. The role is responsible for bringing disparate data across different sales channels to drive one cohesive consumer experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop, evolve and own DSC’s consumer target. Identify such a target via segmentation or demographic analysis. Drive the activation of consumer target via campaign, influencer partnership, and long-range planning Own and lead consumer testing with core razors and shave aids. Continue to drive product quality improvement with in-home usage testings Measure brand’s upper-funnel performance: awareness, consideration and conversion funnel.
