You will be the operational backbone of how she moves through the world — managing time, logistics, communications, and projects with precision and judgment. Executive support Own calendar, travel, and scheduling across time zones Manage projects end-to-end: track deliverables, follow up on open loops and coordinate stakeholders Handle personal logistics in NYC: errands, appointments, household needs, research Draft and manage communications: emails, messages, coordination, with discretion and good judgment Build and maintain systems that keep professional and personal commitments aligned and on track Anticipate needs and flag issues before they become problems Use AI tools actively — to automate, summarize, research, and eliminate low-value work What we're looking for Pathologically organized.
