You will architect, design, implement, and test new systems in a rapidly evolving problem-space. What You Will Bring to ChargePoint&nbsp; Work on platform software including Linux Applications and IPC mechanisms Familiarity with kernel and communication interfaces like CAN, RS-232/484, I2C, SPI, Modbus, PPP is a big plus Collaborate cross-functionally and globally with hardware, manufacturing and other software teams to define specifications, features, and APIs Participate in design and code reviews, as well as mentor other members of the team Requirements&nbsp; BS/MS in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or equivalent 5+ years of experience in developing embedded system products using C++ and C Expert-level C++/C coding in a Linux/RTOS environment is a requirement Managed and implemented large scale projects (not necessarily embedded, but application level, using Linux systems programming) Well aware of Linux IPC concepts, event driven architecture Good to have IoT experience and setting up devices, communication to cloud (experience with MQTT, etc protocols) Good to have python (Python 3) experience Ability to work independently Ability to translate software requirements to low level design Evangelize clean architecture, clean code practices and follow the same Demonstrated ability and willingness to make critical system-level design decisions and drive projects from start to finish with minimal supervision Working with EV / EVSE products is a big plus Location&nbsp; Gurugram, IndiaWe are committed to an inclusive and diverse team. Sie sind der zentrale Ansprechpartner für Kunden, interne Teams und externe Partner und stellen sicher, dass Projekte termingerecht, im Rahmen des Budgets und nach höchsten Qualitätsstandards umgesetzt werden. Diese Position erfordert ausgeprägte Projektmanagementfähigkeiten und ein starkes technisches Knowhow im Bereich Elektrotechnik zudem sowohl selbstständiges als auch arbeiten im Team. Sie verantworten den gesamten Deployment-Prozess (Hardware, Software und Services) und pflegen dabei bestehende und neue Kunden- und Partnerbeziehungen. &nbsp; Hauptaufgaben Projektmanagement Überwachung des Tagesgeschäfts für alle zugewiesenen Deployment-Projekte. Verwaltung von Projektzeitplänen, Ressourcen und Budgets, um eine erfolgreiche Umsetzung zu gewährleisten. Bearbeitung von Eskalationen und Problem, um Projektverzögerungen zu minimieren. Stakeholder-Management Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, internen Teams (z. B. Vertrieb oder Support) und externen Partnern (z. B. Installationsunternehmen). Aufbau und Pflege enger Beziehungen zu Installationspartnern und Kundenvertretern Durchführung gelegentlicher Vor-Ort-Besuche zur Lösung von Problemen und/oder der Wahrung der Kundenzufriedenheit Reporting &amp; Dokumentation Erstellung und Pflege von Projektdokumentation in den internen Systemen Erstellung und Pflege von regelmäßige Statusberichten für interne und externe Stakeholder. Überwachung von internen und externen KPIs und Service Levels. Weitere Aufgaben nach Zuweisung oder Bedarf. &nbsp; Qualifikationen Erforderlich Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement im Bereich Elektroinstallation oder ähnliche Qualifikation Ausgeprägte Projektmanagementfähigkeiten insbesondere um Aufgaben zu priorisieren und Termin- oder Budgetvorgaben einzuhalten. Eine abgeschlossene praktischen Berufsausbildung in Bereich der Elektrotechnik, z. B. als Meister Elektrotechnik, Industriemeister Elektrotechnik, Techniker Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik oder ähnliche Qualifikation Arbeiten sowohl selbstständig als auch im Team arbeiten Eine Kunden- und Partnerorientierte Denkweise und einen starken Geschäftssinn Hervorragende Kommunikations-, Problemlösungs- und Führungskompetenzen. Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office und anderen gängigen Office-Tools und -Systemen. Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen innerhalb Deutschlands.
