Request proof of payment from collection agencies, creditors, and our third-party payment processor company. Utilize accumulation of funds banking ledger to determine when funds will be available for the payment remittance and ensure sufficient deposit account balances based on operational need. Uphold high level of knowledge of departmental functions and activities in order to respond to internal and external inquiries and requests for information and departmental support. Scan necessary documents and attach them to client accounts in our client relations management system (Salesforce). Actively multitask with the ability to maintain attention to small details.
