Bair Island Aquatic Center (BIAC) is a Redwood City community rowing and paddling 501(c)(3) club organization. BIAC offers rowing, sculling, and paddling classes and programs to the San Francisco Bay area mid-peninsula community. BIAC is a member of USRowing and is committed to inclusion and enabling all people to get access to the waters of the San Francisco Bay and its sensitive and unique ecosystems.
