Tech/Product Roles Referral Bonus

For tech and product roles, we offer a competitive referral bonus to encourage our employees to refer candidates who possess the skills and experience we need. Here’s how the bonus structure works:

• Software Engineers and Developers: $5,000
• Product Managers: $4,500
• Data Scientists/Analysts: $4,000
• UX/UI Designers: $3,500
• DevOps Engineers: $4,500

Payment Details

• Payment Schedule: The referral bonus is paid in two installments. The first half is paid after the referred employee completes 90 days of employment, and the second half is paid after six months of employment.
• Eligibility: To be eligible for the bonus, the referred candidate must be hired for a full-time position and successfully complete the probation period.
