You are just as excited about DR TV spots as brand anthems. You can craft a simple-yet-effective winback email – and have dreamt up stunts that made local news. The right person is similar to a general contractor: whatever trade you originally apprenticed in, you should now be equally skilled at overseeing copy, design, video, photo, and AI tools, and you should be deeply familiar with all relevant channel best practices. You are not the right fit if you have only been at brands that do major productions a couple of times per year — without shooting scrappier social content every day (or vice versa).
