In this role, you will be the owner of operational and financial performance across your city, directly responsible for ensuring our parking facilities run smoothly, look great, and maximize revenue potential. You will be both a builder and an operator, designing repeatable processes, managing third-party vendors, and developing pricing and enforcement strategies that directly impact AirGarage's bottom line.As the primary point of accountability for facility performance, you’ll balance boots-on-the-ground execution with analytical decision-making, moving seamlessly between site visits, vendor negotiations, and revenue optimization models. You'll join our Data team where you will leverage industry-leading intelligence on parking properties to plan and execute plays for the business.This could involve leading creative GTM experiments, exploring acquisitions, identifying revenue growth levers, etc. Your north star objective will be to help the business realize value from its competitive advantage in data, whatever form that may take. While you explore and pursue various strategic bets, your Data teammates will be focused on enabling you with the superpowers you will need to be successful.It’s important to note that this will not look like a ‘typical’ finance role. We expect you to be a scrappy operator, not just a high-level thinker.
