We started our journey back in 2005, building the first ever peer-to-peer lending company. Fast forward to 2020 and we launched Zopa Bank. A bank that listens to what our customers don’t like about finance and does the opposite. We’re redefining what it feels like to work in finance. Zopa Bank has grown rapidly since its launch in 2020 - reaching 1.8m customers, attracting over £6 billion of savings balances and launching a successful current account in 2025.
We’re looking to hire our first Director of Performance Marketing, who will play a critical role in delivering the next chapter in our growth journey - attracting new to bank current account customers profitably and sustainably.
This is a leadership role reporting to our Chief Customer Officer with responsibility for setting performance marketing strategy, driving execution at pace, and delivering strong results whilst collaborating with Marketing, Product, Data and Lifetime Value.
You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, ensuring Zopa continues to scale new-to-bank growth while maintaining a relentless focus on value, incrementality and learning.
