The Role

We’re looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team and support Zeta’s rapid growth. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will play a key part in identifying, engaging, and screening top talent across multiple roles. You will partner with the greater Talent Acquisition and Global People & Culture teams to enhance the candidate experience and support recruiting projects as needed.

This is a hybrid role based out of our NYC office. What You’ll Do Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other creative channels Conduct initial resume reviews and phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and culture fit Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communication throughout the hiring process Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS), Greenhouse Assist with recruiting projects and process improvements as needed Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage Experience & Profile 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced corporate recruiting or staffing agency setting 1+ years of experience with an ATS; Greenhouse experience is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools SALARY RANGE The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000, depending on location and experience.  PEOPLE & CULTURE AT ZETA Zeta considers applicants for employment without regard to, and does not discriminate on the basis of an individual’s sex, race, color, religion, age, disability, status as a veteran, or national or ethnic origin; nor does Zeta discriminate on the basis of sexual orientation, gender identity or expression.   We’re committed to building a workplace culture of trust and belonging, so everyone feels invited to bring their whole selves to work.
