We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Office Administrator to join our Bangalore team. You will be the "heart of the office," ensuring that our daily operations run like clockwork. From managing our facility and vendors to supporting our local leadership and HR functions, your work will directly enable our engineers and partner managers to focus on scaling the future of manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: Facility & Operations: Oversee the daily upkeep of the Bangalore office.
This includes managing housekeeping, security, and ensuring all office equipment (printers, Wi-Fi, HVAC) is functional Vendor Management: Source and manage relationships with local vendors (catering, stationery, office supplies, and repairs). Negotiate contracts to ensure cost-efficiency and quality. Front Desk & Guest Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and manufacturing partners.
Manage incoming mail, couriers, and phone inquiries. Executive & HR Support: Assist with travel bookings (flights/hotels) for the leadership team. Support HR with onboarding logistics for new hires, including workstation setup and ID badges. Event Coordination: Organize internal team-building events, festive celebrations, and catering for high-level meetings.
Compliance & Documentation: Maintain physical and digital filing systems. Assist in tracking office expenses, managing petty cash, and coordinating with the finance team for invoice processing. Required Qualifications: Experience: 2–5 years of experience in office administration or facility management, preferably within a tech startup or manufacturing-related company.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business Administration is a plus). Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel is a must for expense tracking) and comfortable using modern collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada/Hindi (to effectively manage local vendors).
