Job Description

    Position Overview  We are currently recruiting for a Lead Processing Specialist in our Mesa Arizona Headquarters. This role will be responsible for helping to oversee the Viologics Data Entry Team functions to ensure service level agreements and department/business unit objectives are being consistently met, provide guidance and direction to team members, and to identify and assist in solving complex issues.  A successful candidate must be a self-starter, have strong attention to detail, have a high degree of critical thinking, good judgment, exceptional time management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with individuals/teams in a result-oriented environment with changing priorities.  Work hours are anticipated to be between 6:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.   Essential Responsibilities  Create and conduct functional training programs for new and existing employees  Handle incoming Transaction Processing as necessary to meet operational and client SLAs  Serve as an additional point of contact for violations processing and operational issues  Develop and maintain product, process, and technical knowledge related to processes and services  Meet the performance goals established for the position  Collaborate with internal and external partners Exhibit effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills tailored to the audience Notify leadership of any system issues, client concerns, process breakdowns, and other feedback to ensure quick review and resolution Handle and resolve complex and/or escalated issues through partnering with the appropriate internal/external resources, conducting research, and providing follow-up Identify trends related to products and services to provide tracking and feedback to management Audit transactions and processes for Quality Assurance Maintain internal reports Manage knowledge base repositories by creating, maintaining, and communicating materials and employee resources Monitors workflow and manage the daily work volume to ensure that Service Level Agreements and operational goals are met Provide feedback on operational policies, procedures, processes, and reference materials to the Leadership Team Provides on-demand support, direction, monitoring, and coaching to employees with service request processing, problem resolution, and policy and procedure changes Assist with special projects from leadership on an as-needed basis  Qualifications   High School Diploma or equivalent     2 years of comparable administrative experience   Strong PC skills including navigating through internet-based system screens   Ability to read, analyze, and understand information or data to resolve complex issues with good problem-solving skills   Able to multi-task and thrive under pressure with a high sense of urgency in a team environment   Excellent written and verbal communication skills    Exceptional aptitude and flexibility towards serving and assisting others while adapting to new responsibilities in an ever-changing environment   Successful completion of the Nlets fingerprinting background assessment.
