About This Job We are looking for a Sr. Tax Specialist to support our GlobalTax Team.

This is a position that must be able to set the standard for integrity and professionalism, while interacting with a diverse team.

Please ensure that you upload an English version of your resume / C.V.  Essential Job Functions Prepare and  file income tax returns, federal and state, for corporations and partnerships Analyze and and reconcile tax accounts  Prepare and file non-income tax returns (property tax filings, withholding tax filings, FBARs etc) Research regulatory changes & updates as applicable to business transactions Follow filing procedures and internal controls Assist with other Tax department responsibilities & projects Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing program performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process optimizations.

Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the function. Contribute to a collaborative work environment that promotes open communication, innovation, and employee engagement.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align departmental goals with broader organizational strategy.

Other duties as assigned because every day is different in hospitality! Skills + Qualifications Experience working in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry is highly preferred. College degree in Accounting / Finance is strongly preferred, though we recognize that great talent comes from many different paths.

Bilingual English / Spanish (reports to USA and work with teams in the USA and LatAm) Proficient Excel. Highly organized and thorough. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills. Basic knowledge of Office and Google apps for business . Flexibility and responsiveness to change. Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.

Tech-savvy with experience using various digital systems and applications and comfortable using mobile apps, tablets, and various software platforms. Comfortable talking to people—online or in person—and being able to share information in a way that’s clear, thoughtful, and easy to understand. Workplace Environment + Expectations This is a hybrid position and works out of our Santiago, Chile office.

Physical DemandsAbility to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and repetitive hand/finger motions) and lift up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) pounds without assistance.
