Your mission

The Deal Hub, Licensing Management team serves as the central point of contact for Sales,
providing timely, responsive, and high-quality guidance on all licensing-related matters. The
primary goal of Licensing Specialist is to enhance Sales efficiency by minimising the time
Sales spends on navigating licensing requirements.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • The Licensing Specialist is responsible for overseeing and processing all aspects of
    license management for UiPath, ensuring accurate and reliable information is
    provided to UiPath’s customers.

  • This role involves close collaboration with Sales, customers, and various internal
    teams—such as Finance, Accounting, and Legal—to contribute to the company’s
    success.

  • Delivering first-level licensing support through our ticketing platform.

  • Providing comprehensive support to our Enterprise Sales team to enhance client
    satisfaction and contribute to client growth.

  • Completing additional tasks as assigned.

What you'll bring to the team

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Product Support or Customer
    Support.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hands-on experience with Salesforce.

  • Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.

  • Ability to quickly adapt to situations.

  • Flexibility of supporting multiple teams in different time zones (APAC) as the
    business requires.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Solid problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.

  • Staying engaged in continuous learning, by developing and maintaining knowledge of
    the processes, products and services being offered.

  • Ability to use knowledge of a specific process, product, service, or other assigned area
    of expertise to answer inquiries or to forward to the appropriate team.

  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role is desirable.
