What You'll Do

Traeger is looking for a passionate, people-first Retail Sales Specialist to represent our brand across national chain retail accounts in the Salt Lake area. As the face of Traeger in your region, you'll build lasting relationships with retail partners, educate and inspire store associates, and bring new fans into the Traegerhood — one cook at a time.

This is a dynamic, field-based role perfect for someone who thrives on variety, loves being out of the office, and is energized by connecting with people. Expect regular weekend activations, occasional overnight travel, and a front-row seat to one of the most passionate communities in outdoor cooking. How You'll Make an Impact Your time will be split across four core activities: Merchandising, Fixtures & POP (35%) — Ensure Traeger products are displayed compellingly and consistently across retail locationsRetailer Training (35%) — Equip store associates with the product knowledge and enthusiasm to confidently sell and recommend TraegerDemos & Events (25%) — Bring the brand to life through in-store demonstrations and community activationsAdministration (5%) — Track activity, report results, and manage your territory efficiently What You'll Bring Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in retail sales or a related fieldStrong verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to engage and educateHighly organized and detail-oriented — you follow through and stay on top of your territoryComfortable with weekend work and travel, including occasional overnight tripsProficiency in MS Office; Salesforce or similar CRM experience is a plus Why Traeger Traeger invented the wood pellet grill over 30 years ago and continues to lead the category with a fiercely loyal customer base.
