Talent Acquisition Manager-APAC

Drives regional hiring excellence, leads and develops a high-performing recruiting team, and partners with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, inclusive and data-driven talent acquisition outcomes. Job responsibilities Lead, coach, and grow a team of recruiters, driving performance, capability building, and succession planning.

Partner with business leaders to define and execute APAC hiring strategies aligned to market insights and commercial needs. Ensure operational excellence through accurate reporting, data hygiene, KPI management, audits, and system compliance. Guide full-cycle recruiting excellence, including sourcing, pitching, candidate experience, and quality of hire.

Champion inclusive hiring practices and ensure diverse pipelines across roles. Build strong relationships with cross functional teams to ensure smooth delivery. Lead Account-based-hiring processes and support global interview standardization implementations and training. Drive continuous improvement across tools, workflows, and hiring delivery.

Job qualifications Technical Skills 8-12 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including a significant tenure in an in-house setting. Demonstrate expertise in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment specifically for technical positions.  Minimum  2 years in leadership role, experience managing and developing a team of recruiters in a fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of the APAC talent market. Singapore expertise is required. Experience recruiting in Australia, Vietnam, and Thailand is a bonus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights. Ability to influence and partner with leaders across functions and regions. Proficiency in recruiting tools (Greenhouse, GoHire, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Sisense) is a plus.
