Tekion employs close to 3,000 people across North America, Asia and Europe. Summary:Leads complex financial analyses and planning activities to support strategic decision-making and business performance management. Partners with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, manage forecasting processes, and improve reporting capabilities across the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities: Leads budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities for assigned departments or business units. Develops advanced financial models to analyze business scenarios, track performance, and support strategic initiatives. Prepares and delivers financial reporting packages and dashboards for leadership, highlighting key trends and insights.

Performs variance analysis and partners with business leaders to identify risks, opportunities, and efficiency improvements. Supports monthly and quarterly close processes, including accruals, reconciliations, and financial statement analysis. Contributes to process improvements, financial systems upgrades, and automation initiatives.

Provide ad-hoc reporting and forward-looking analysis to support various departments and projects, proactively engaging business leaders in gap analysis and course correction. Identify and assist in the implementation of enhancements to financial reporting and planning system Support business units with KPI reporting on key operational, sales, and financial metrics.

Be a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and lead change and operational improvements.

Qualifications
