Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD) in engineering, life sciences, or business preferred.• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or commercial leadership within medical device, biomaterials, or specialty chemicals industries.• Demonstrated success in originating and closing new business within complex, technical B2B environments.• Strong experience engaging with medical device R&amp;D, engineering, and executive stakeholders.• Deep understanding of interventional medical device markets (cardiovascular, neurovascular, structural heart, etc.).• Familiarity with coatings, polymer science, biomaterials, or related technologies strongly preferred.• Proven ability to lead long, consultative sales cycles involving technical and regulatory considerations.• Strong commercial acumen, including pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and deal structuring.• Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.• Fluent in English; additional European language proficiency (German, French, etc.) is a plus.• Highly self-directed, with the ability to operate independently while influencing internal and external stakeholders.• Willingness to travel up to 30–40% across Europe. Job Summary The Production Operator as a member of the production team is responsible for performing a variety of production assembly operations, rotating through the production/manufacturing area and producing finished product in accordance with appropriate procedures and standards. &nbsp;This role is based in our facility in Ballinasloe, Co. Galway and the working week is a 4 day compressed week from Monday to Thursday.&nbsp; &nbsp;
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Meet required production outputs in terms of quality and quantity ensuring customer expectations are met.</li>
<li>Follow written instructions in full while performing all tasks ensuring that all paperwork is completed and signed off appropriately.</li>
<li>Complete all required documentation accurately, clearly, and completely in line with specific procedures and GMP &amp; GDP standards.</li>
<li>Train on multiple steps and rotate between tasks as required/directed.</li>
<li>Integrate into the production team, exercise a high level of attention in performing all tasks.</li>
<li>Contribute improvement ideas and participate in continuous improvement activities.</li>
<li>Check products passing through workstations on the production line to confirm they are properly assembled, highlight and remove any defective products.</li>
<li>Set up equipment and operate test equipment on line.</li>
</ul>
Experience and Qualifications
<ul>
<li>A completed Leaving Certificate (or equivalent international secondary education qualification) is required.</li>
<li>Previous experience in a production or regulated environment would be an advantage.&nbsp;</li>
