Job Description
We are seeking an outstanding Policy Specialist to join our growing Trust & Safety team. As a Policy Specialist for the Monetized Policy team, you will play a key role in how we define, enforce, and communicate our stance on advertising and monetization policy issues that impact users, creators, and advertisers across music, podcasts, and user-generated content.
You will lead cross-functional efforts to improve policies and enhance Spotify advertising and monetization products. You will work with cross-functional teams to align on priorities and deliver innovative solutions to address the emerging issues facing users online. You are a problem solver who excels in a fast paced environment, can create structure in ambiguous spaces, and can influence teams to drive solutions.
This position is based in New York City, Los Angeles, or Remote US.
