Responsibilities

  Responsible for full cycle AP: invoice entry, data processing, approval routing, and payments. Research information to provide accurate and timely solutions to internal clients and vendors at multiple locations. Understanding and knowledge of EU VAT & International GST. Vendor account reconciliations and statement review to actively resolve overdue vendor accounts.

Consistently meet deadlines and identify/escalate any issues to Accounting Manager.

Requirements

   Oracle R12 experience required. Experience using CitiDirect and JPMorgan banking platform preferred. Be able to work collaboratively with other team members and independently. Excellent verbal and communication skills with focus on customer service. Manage and organize vendor files.
