Key Responsibilities

Build partnerships with stakeholders to understand drivers, trends, opportunities and share insights and actionable recommendations Support the development, audit, and maintenance of dashboards and management reporting using Tableau Audit financial metrics across systems to ensure accuracy and completeness across systems Build and maintain Excel-based financial models to support forecasting and strategic decision making Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, leadership requests, and operational decisions Partner with stakeholders across Sales leadership to provide financial insights and decision support Work with large datasets from multiple systems (NetSuite, Salesforce) Support process improvements, automation, and scalability of FP&A reporting and analysis Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a related analytical role Advanced Excel skills required, Tableau and SQL knowledge a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Effective communication skills and comfort working with non-finance stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced software environment SolarWinds is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
