We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Asia Pacific talent acquisition team. You will be instrumental in growing the go-to-market functions in Australia and New Zealand, as well as other countries within the region as we expand our business.
We require this role to work under a hybrid policy, meaning three days per week in office. Because of this you will need to be based in either Sydney or Melbourne.

AS A SENIOR RECRUITER AT SNOWFLAKE YOU WILL:
Own full lifecycle recruiting and be a consultative business partner to your hiring teams
Recruit in a fast-paced, competitive and high-growth sales environment
Be able to conduct deep talent analysis and develop recruiting strategies that include sourcing, candidate engagement/advisement, and offer closing
Be client-focused and committed to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to hiring managers
Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
Build and utilise a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone/video conferencing, in person networking, and internet research
Be self-sufficient and able to work independently
Be a champion of our mission and culture to the market
OUR IDEAL SENIOR RECRUITER WILL HAVE:
8+ years of experience with full-lifecycle sales or technical recruiting
Command of leveraging social media and other online and innovative methods to build the company’s talent brand and attract passive candidates
A strong track record of closing tech talent
A good network across the tech community in Australia and New Zealand
Excitement to roll up your sleeves and contribute to all parts of Snowflake’s recruiting process including events, hiring drives, usage of jobs boards, in-person networking and industry presence
