Job Description

Snowflake is about empowering enterprises to achieve their full potential — and people too. With a culture that’s all in on impact, innovation, and collaboration, Snowflake is the sweet spot for building big, moving fast, and taking technology — and careers — to the next level.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO IN THIS ROLE:

  • Sales Collaboration: Support the sales and value engineering teams in researching customer challenges and helping prepare data for account/deal plans to support the sales cycle.

  • Analytical Support: Assist in the delivery of Value Assessments by performing quantitative analysis and building ROI and TCO models.

  • Workshop Facilitation: Help coordinate and document business value discovery workshops with business unit leads and data practitioners.

  • Content Creation: Draft business value deliverables and presentations intended for executive audiences under the guidance of senior team members.

  • Practice Development: Assist in the maintenance and update of value assets, tools, and sales collateral to help scale the Value Engineering practice.

  • Sales Enablement: Engage in internal training to master Snowflake’s value-based selling methodologies and cloud economics.

IN ORDER TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE NEED SOMEONE WHO HAS:

  • Foundational Experience: 0–3 years of experience in financial analysis, business research, consulting or a related analytical role.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate data into a clear narrative.

  • Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with financial modeling concepts, including a basic understanding of ROI, NPV, and Payback periods.

  • Technical Curiosity: A desire to learn about enterprise cloud economics and data and AI concepts

  • Professional Presence: Developing presentation skills and the ability to engage professionally with internal stakeholders and customers.

  • Self-Starter Attitude: Must be highly organized, responsive, and eager to contribute to customer success in a fast-paced environment.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree required with a focus on Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Business is preferred.

Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake.
