For more information, visit www.shift4.com.   The Onboarding Operations Associate – EU will play a critical role in welcoming and integrating small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) into Shift4’s ecosystem.

This individual will manage the end-to-end onboarding process, serve as the primary contact for onboarding inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition for new merchants and partners.

Responsibilities

will include: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new merchants and partners. Handle post-onboarding change requests from merchants and partners. Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the onboarding system. Handle cases efficiently, maintaining service-level expectations. Collaborate with clients to gather required documentation and information.

Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding-related inquiries and issues. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Support, Product Development, and other internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding experiences. Identify process gaps and areas for improvement and escalate recommendations appropriately.   The ideal candidate will bring: Eagerness to learn and strong customer-service focus.

Excellent customer relationship and communication skills. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle high volumes of requests and prioritize effectively. Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills required.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Legal studies considered an asset.
