We offer you the opportunity to delight millions of TV streamers around the world while gaining meaningful experience across a variety of disciplines.  About the team  The Client Strategy team within Ad Sales Marketing brings together Roku’s products and content to create customized marketing solutions for priority advertising partners.

We work closely with teams across the company - including Sales, Measurement, Design, Client Services and Product - to develop strategic programs that drive revenue, and bring them to life through clear, compelling storytelling.     We’re focused on building marketing and ad strategy that grows Roku’s advertising business.    About the role  This summer internship places you within Roku’s Ad Sales Marketing team where you’ll gain hands-on experience in media, streaming, and technology. You’ll own a project from start to finish, collaborate with team members to create, review, and streamline sales marketing collateral, manage internal resources, help coordinate cross-functional projects, and participate in meetings, brainstorms, and workshops.    This role requires someone who is organized, leads with a solutions-oriented mindset, and excels in communication skills as they navigate a fast-paced environment.    For New York Only - The estimated hourly rate for this position is between $20 and $50 per hour.

Compensation

packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. This role is eligible for health insurance, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, and wellness benefits.     What you’ll be doing Owning a project that drives value to the team and offers meaningful experience in ad sales marketing   Partnering with team members to create, organize and refine sales marketing materials    Collaborating with and supporting cross functional teams to support the development of materials that showcase Roku’s products and content to advertisers  Attending meetings and brainstorms focused on ad sales client proposals and new product/content initiatives    Assisting in identifying workflows that can be streamlined to be more efficient among cross-functional teams    We’re excited if you have  Enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field  Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite e.g., PowerPoint  Excellent problem-solving, communication and organizational skills  Interest in streaming, advertising and tech   A collaborative sensibility  A proactive approach, with a passion for continuous learning     Our Hybrid Work Approach Roku fosters an inclusive and collaborative environment where teams work in the office Monday through Thursday.
