Job Description

As part of Rackspace Technology’s commitment to delivering exceptional customer outcomes, the Vice President, Delivery is responsible for the delivery and operations of our core Rackspace products and services. This leader will drive operational excellence across multiple simultaneous initiatives—from small engagements to complex, mission‑critical programs—ensuring best‑in‑class quality, efficiency, and customer value.

The VP, Delivery will bring deep expertise in digital infrastructure, multi‑cloud environments, and service delivery, applying operational discipline that strengthens Rackspace’s market position and brand differentiation. This role is a key member of the Private Cloud Leadership Team, collaborating closely with cross‑functional executives to advance strategic and operational priorities.
