Manager, Strategic Alliances – UK&EMEA (AWS)

Rackspace is seeking a dynamic AWS Alliance Manager to own, strengthen, and grow our strategic partnership with Amazon Web Services. This role is critical in driving joint business development, expanding market presence, and aligning Rackspace’s product and service offerings with AWS programs and strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced cloud ecosystem professional who understands AWS programs, partner incentives, co‑selling motions, and how to create compelling go‑to‑market value propositions that drive revenue and customer success.

8+ years working in cloud alliances, partner management, or cloud ecosystem roles. knowledge of AWS partner programs, funding models, and co-sell processes. Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships across sales, product, and marketing. Demonstrated success in co-selling with AWS or similar cloud platforms Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and the ability to influence without authority.
