Role summary Payoneer is looking for a Finance Analyst (APAC) to join an extremely fast-growing global Fintech business.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasking and high energy environment. Hong Kong | Hybrid | Full Time What you’ll do Financial Analysis, Bookkeeping & Payroll Familiar with bookkeeping, closing full general ledger, both Balance Sheet and P&L  Analysis of spending fluctuations Review vendors’ invoices, manage payments to vendors  Assisting the local purchasing requestors and procurement team Posting journal entries in ERP  Pay supplier invoices in a timely manner Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested  Assist in managing payroll across Asia Pacific Financial Projects and Process Improvements Define and deliver process improvements across Finance, focusing on: Process design/redesigning Time-saving opportunities Controls  Who you are Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business studies or any professional accountancy qual.

Minimum of 3 years working experience as Bookkeeper/Accountant/Finance Analyst (or similar) Well-versed in general bookkeeping, purchasing & administration functions High level of written and spoken English. Proficient in written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)  Excellent interpersonal skills, able to manage stakeholders of different levels and teams Proactive, service-oriented and a good multitasker  A caring and an active team player, able to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent PC and accounting software skills (especially Excel) preferred Experience in Microsoft Dynamics (NAV) an added advantage Experience in cross-border e-commerce, online payment industry an advantage #LI-SL3The Payoneer Ways of Working  Act as our customer’s partner on the inside Learning what they need and creating what will help them go further.  Do it.
