We're seeking an IT Platform Engineer to combine software engineering expertise with IT infrastructure domain knowledge and a passion for automation and enablement. What You’ll Do Modernize Windows infrastructure hosting our heavily customized ResWare platform, title/escrow software requiring Office 365,  Azure AD, network file sharing, SQL, and DMZ network for full features and automations.

Lead  the migration of Windows users to Mac OS while maintaining secure Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). Utilize Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps frameworks to "platformize" endpoint management and launch capabilities such as Zero-touch deployment (ZDM), Declarative Device Management (DDM), and device trust.

Collaborate with Security, IT, and Engineering teams to maximize AI adoption and engineering velocity. Tech Stack Languages: Mac OS shell scripting, PowerShell, Terraform, Go, Python Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS, Google Workspace, M365, Okta Endpoint Management: Mac OS, Windows, Jamf, Crowdstrike What You’ll Need 5+ years of software engineering, IT automation, and/or platform management (Mac/Windows) Expert in Windows AD and Mac/Windows hybrid environments Expert in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD, and software engineering Expert in endpoint security (AV/EDR) and mobile device management (MDM) Demonstrated leadership driving cross-functional technical initiatives and mentoring team members Bonus Points For M.S. in Computer Science Certifications in Azure, AWS, and Endpoint management Familiarity with ResWare Compensation The base pay range for this position in Seattle is  $170,000 - $234,000 annually, and in Toronto it’s 132 CAD - 181,500 CAD, plus RSUs and bonuses.

Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
