This role will be in-office presence 5 days per week.

Role Overview: Hands-on technical leader responsible for defining and driving automation strategy across UI, API, and backend services. Owns automation architecture, CI/CD quality gates, and performance validation while mentoring SDET engineers and partnering with Engineering and DevOps.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute end-to-end automation strategy aligned with the test pyramid Architect and maintain scalable UI and API automation frameworks Mentor and guide QA/SDET engineers through code reviews and technical leadership Build and maintain CI/CD-integrated automation pipelines Drive performance testing initiatives and analyze bottlenecks Partner with Engineering, DevOps, and Product on release readiness Required Skills & Experience: 7–9 years QA/SDET experience; 3+ years in a technical lead role Strong programming in Python and/or Java Hands-on expertise in Linux, shell scripting, Docker, CI/CD, and AWS UI automation (Playwright preferred) and API automation experience Performance testing experience (k6, JMeter, Gatling, or Locust) Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent experience #LI-Onsite#LI-LS1
