Job Description
NerdWallet’s mission is to provide clarity for all of life’s financial decisions. The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner will be responsible for identifying and assessing passive candidates for current and future openings. This role will manage sourcing channels and ensure a diverse and qualified talent pool.
The position can be based at a NerdWallet office or geographically remote in the US.
This role reports to the TA Ops Lead.
Where you can make an impact:
Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and Recruiters on developing and executing sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate for current and upcoming openings
Attend recruitment strategy meetings to understand and develop an ideal candidate profile, the role’s impact on the business, career path, etc.
In partnership with the DEI TA Manager, build diverse pipelines to ensure alignment with the DEI strategy and goals
Leverage external partnerships and attract passive candidates to build future pipelines

Your experience:

Bachelors and 5+ years of related experience
Experience developing and executing sourcing strategies via LinkedIN Recruiter, Entelo, Glassdoor etc.
Experience with Boolean search strings and other internet recruiting techniques
Solid experience in developing social media sourcing strategies
Ability to reach out to different types of candidates and to engage with them
Strong selling and negotiation skills
