Job Description
We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Gurugram for our hybrid working model. Role Summary The Portfolio Analyst supports portfolio governance, financial transparency, and delivery reporting across IT. This role analyzes investment performance, improves visibility to execution health, and supports frameworks that enable data-driven prioritization across Run/Grow/Transform initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Performance & Reporting: Maintain dashboards and scorecards on investment health, risks, and delivery progress for CIO and pillar leaders. Financial & Resource Analytics: Partner with Finance and PMs to track spend, FTE allocations, vendor usage, and ROI for IT programs. Planning & Intake Support: Facilitate project intake, prioritization workflows, and alignment to strategic themes.
Standards & Methodology Enablement: Support adoption of delivery frameworks, compliance to governance requirements, and process documentation. Data & Tooling: Maintain PMO analytics, automation, and operational tooling (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, dashboards).
Qualifications
3–5 years in program / portfolio management, business analytics, or technology operations. Strong analytical skills, comfort with financial and delivery data Ability to partner well cross-functionally and influence through data.
