Job Description

We’re seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee end-to-end U.S. payroll operations and support international payroll processes. This role ensures accurate, compliant, and timely payroll while partnering closely with HR, Finance, Accounting, and external vendors. The Payroll Manager leads one Payroll Analyst and plays a key role in audits, reconciliations, reporting, and payroll controls.

When it comes to dating, the connection starts online, but the real magic happens once you meet in real life. We think the same is true for creating the best platforms, so we work together IRL in our Dallas office three days a week.
