Job Description

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the CEO. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role works in a one-on-one relationship with the CEO within a two-EA support model, partnering closely with the current Executive Assistant to ensure shared coverage, coordination of executive priorities, and seamless support. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to the board of directors and senior leadership, organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts, and oversees special projects.

The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate exercises sound judgment in a variety of situations and demonstrates strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities. Success in this role requires building and maintaining a strong partnership and collaborative working relationship with the current Executive Assistant.
