Leasing Operation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Operations Manager to establish and execute the operational foundation for a newly formed retail leasing business unit. This role is highly hands-on, focused on developing workflows, policies, compliance standards, reporting systems, and cross-functional processes that enable a scalable leasing platform.

The ideal candidate is self-directed, operationally rigorous, and comfortable working in ambiguous environments, partnering across legal, finance, brokerage, and back-office teams to create structure and consistency. This role will serve as the operational architect for the retail leasing function, supporting long-term growth, compliance, and performance tracking.

The base salary range for this role is $125,000– $145,000 per year. This position is eligible for a discretionary performance‑based bonus. The exact bonus amount is not guaranteed and will vary based on individual performance, team results, and company performance.  .
