We are seeking a hands-on, community-focused Marketing Specialist to join our Studio and Brand Experiences team. Reporting to the East Region Marketing Manager, this role executes high-impact local events, partnerships, and immersive brand experience activations designed to drive awareness, studio traffic, and authentic community engagement.
As the face of Lucid in the region, you bring national strategies to life through compelling local activations and exceptional on-site execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in delivering premium, well-run activations. Location: U.S. (Regional Travel Required) Reporting to: Studio and Brand Experiences – Marketing Manager East You Will: Execute local community events and brand experience activations aligned with regional and national field marketing strategies.
Support assigned regional studios with events, partner activations, community experiences, and key brand moments. Ensure studios are informed, prepared, and equipped to deliver experiences that meet brand standards. Manage on-site execution, including setup, show flow, customer engagement, and breakdown. Build and maintain local community and brand partnerships, identifying opportunities for ongoing collaboration.
Partner cross-functionally with Retail Operations, Field Sales, Creative Marketing, and Marketing Managers to align on priorities. Support local Owners Club experiences and loyalty-focused activations. Capture local content (photos, stories, testimonials) to support broader marketing and storytelling. Track attendance, engagement, and feedback, delivering timely post-event reporting and insights.
Uphold brand standards across all local executions and studio experiences to ensure a premium customer experience. You Bring: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 2–5 years of experience in field marketing, sales, community marketing, event execution, or brand ambassador roles.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships in local markets. Experience supporting live events and on-site execution. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Comfortable working evenings and weekends as required by event schedules. Willingness to travel locally within assigned region.
