We’re looking for a hands-on analyst who loves digging into data, asking the right questions, and turning insights into actions. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our sales teams and the analytics function, ensuring that every decision is backed by reliable, timely information. Your curiosity will drive the continuous improvement of our reporting and data quality, while your willingness to roll up your sleeves will help us keep the sales engine running smoothly.   Why This Role Matters  Building data-driven culture: Accurate, actionable analytics enable sales teams to focus on what matters: closing deals and growing revenue  Cross functional impact: Your work feeds Marketing, Finance, Inside Sales, and other teams, shaping strategy across the organization  Foundation for growth: By tightening data governance and streamlining reporting, you create a scalable analytics infrastructure that will support Lucid’s expansion across Europe   Core Responsibilities - Building the Future of Analytics & Empowering Users  1.

Build & Maintain the Analytics Platform  Design, develop, and continuously improve Salesforce & Tableau dashboards that track pipeline, conversion, and risk  Deliver weekly/monthly performance summaries for leadership   Conduct deep-dive diagnostics that ensure proactive decision-making, not reactive  Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day reporting and analytics requests from Sales and the wider team  2.

Data Quality & Governance  Own data quality standards across all sales systems; automate validation checks and alert mechanisms  Conduct regular audits and resolve discrepancies, ensuring every insight is built on trustworthy data  3. Automation & Efficiency  Identify repetitive reporting and data processing tasks and implement solutions for improvement of efficiency (Power Automate, Alteryx, Zapier etc.)  Create automated scorecards and dashboard to support real-time performance evaluation and highlight opportunities for improvement  4.

Enable & Empower Users  Serve as the go to expert for Salesforce data issues and workflow improvements, collaborating with Sales Ops & IT  Translate complex data into clear, actionable visualizations that nontechnical stakeholders can act on  Support the democratization of analytics by building simple self-serve tools and solutions for the wider organization  5.

Strategic Partnership & Insight Translation  Partner with Marketing, Finance, Corporate, and other functions to understand the niche data needs and help shape analytics strategy  Present findings in plain language, driving cross functional decisions and fostering a data driven culture    What We’re Looking For  Curiosity: You ask “why” and “what if” and pursue answers through data exploration  Impact oriented: You focus on outcomes: faster sales cycles, higher win rates, and more accurate forecasting  Handson mindset: You’re comfortable cleaning data, troubleshooting dashboards, and writing quick scripts to solve problems  Communication: You can translate technical findings into plain English and influence decisions at all levels  Self-starter: You identify gaps, propose solutions, and take ownership without waiting for instructions    Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field  3+ years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role  Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, and advanced Excel (Power Query)  Experience with large datasets, database management and SQL is preferred  Familiarity with automation tools (Alteryx, Power Automate, Zapier) is a plus    What We Offer  Unique opportunity for impact and laying the foundations of a sustainable analytics strategy in a start-up environment during growth phase  Exposure to cross functional teams and high impact projects  Competitive salary, equity, and benefits  Access to mentorship and other learning and development opportunities     Ready to Drive the Future?  If you’re driven by data, excited to work across disciplines, and eager to make a real difference in the automotive industry, we encourage you to take the next step and apply.   Lucid Motors is committed to maintaining a safe and trustworthy environment.
