While this role has a strong focus on the manufacturing plant, a key component is partnering with and supporting the Pennsylvania Region to oversee and execute cultural events and engagement initiatives across the broader region. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, a strong communicator, and a cultural champion who thrives in a fast-paced, unionized environment.
