Location: Northeast Position Summary: The Senior Recruiter will lead and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization. This role is critical to scaling Invivyd by partnering closely with leadership, hiring managers, and HR to build high-performing teams across the organization.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruiting for a range of roles, including scientific (e.g., biology, chemistry), clinical development, regulatory affairs, quality, manufacturing, commercial, and G&A functions Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business goals, including workforce planning and pipeline development Partner with HR colleagues and hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and interview processes Build and manage diverse candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, diversity metrics) to inform decisions Collaborate with HR and leadership on compensation benchmarking, offer development, and closing strategies Maintain compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations Manage relationships with external agencies, search firms, and recruiting tools/vendors Continuously improve recruiting processes, systems (ATS), and best practices Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree required 8-12 years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences Demonstrated success recruiting for scientific and technical roles (e.g., PhD-level talent) Strong knowledge of biotech industry talent markets and hiring trends Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse,) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Pay Range $120,000 – 160,000    The pay range represents the expected full-time base salary for this role at the time of posting.

Actual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, skills, and education. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for both an annual short-term incentive (e.g., bonus or sales incentive) and an annual long-term incentive (e.g., equity), reflecting our commitment to rewarding strong performance and long-term impact.
