Beyond day-to-day operations, this role serves as a strategic partner to the VP of Operations on facility expansion, capital projects, and utility optimization. The Senior Facilities Manager will lead a planned buildout within the next 12 months, drive measurable ROI through utility and vendor spend rationalization, and apply lean/kaizen principles to build systems and standard work that scale with production. <li>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&amp;T, and assembly schematics

Role Classification and Working Conditions
This is an hourly, non-exempt-level position. This position typically works in a production/assembly/engineering lab environment. Overtime may be required.

<li>Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.</li>
<li>Fine motor control and precision hand work for extended periods.</li>
<li>Ability to travel, as needed, by plane, automobile, etc.</li>
