As Site Director, you’ll lead everything that makes our Ready-to-Eat operations hum — from Kitchen and Plating to Pick & Pack, Warehouse, and support functions like Maintenance, Safety, and Food Safety. Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a large, diverse workforce across Kitchen, Plating, Pick & Pack, and Warehouse operations — bringing energy, clarity, and accountability every single day. Build and scale a high-performance culture rooted in collaboration, continuous learning, and uncompromising excellence. Set the standard. Define, manage, and deliver on KPIs that drive world-class results in food safety, team safety, quality, taste, efficiency, and on-time delivery.

Think deep, act smart. Foster a culture of root-cause problem solving — empowering teams to identify issues, take ownership, and deliver lasting fixes. Champion the customer. Lead with a customer-first mindset — never compromising on food safety or quality, and always striving to delight with every meal we make. Stay hands-on.

We’re a fast-moving, growth-driven brand — flexibility, teamwork, and rolling up your sleeves are part of who we are. At a minimum, you have:  10+ years of experience in Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain, with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Direct Ready-to-Eat (RTE) food manufacturing experience is a strong asset Deep knowledge of Food Safety, Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), and Lean Six Sigma principles — with proven success applying them in fast-paced production environments.

Demonstrated experience leading large-scale operations, including multiple management layers and a sizable hourly workforce. High energy and resilience.
