Logistics Operational Excellence Manager

Job Description As the Logistics Operational Excellence Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and high-level performance across our logistics network. Based in our Sydney operations you will be responsible for identifying process improvements and implementing strategic initiatives to ensure we remain a leader in food technology.

You will… Lead logistics operational excellence initiatives to drive business impact. Analyze logistics metrics and KPIs to identify areas for aspirational growth and efficiency. Manage project scopes including budget responsibility and market size analysis. Collaborate with stakeholders to overcome current team challenges and streamline reporting structures.

Execute the main goals of the role to ensure the logistics department meets its first-year objectives. Identify and implement "Must Have" process requirements to optimize the logistics chain.
