IT Support Associate

The IT Support Associate acts as the primary onsite technology partner supporting warehouse operations. This role is responsible for maintaining the reliability of operational technology, end-user computing devices, and site connectivity in a fast-paced fulfillment environment. Success in this position requires strong hands-on troubleshooting skills, proactive ownership of technology readiness, and close collaboration with site leadership and centralized IT teams.
